How to order

You need to take 3 simple steps.

  1. Choose an item, or items, from our glassware range
  2. Decide on your inscription
  3. Call us on 023 9263 1069 to order (we take all major credit/debit cards) or complete an order form and send it together with a cheque to Bellpigeon Ltd, PO Box 514, Chichester, West Sussex. PO19 9AQ.

HOW DO I PAY?
By card - we only accept card payments over the phone
By Cheque - send a cheque or postal order payable to Bellpigeon Ltd, with your cheque guarantee number on the back, or where this is not available, your home address and postcode, to the address above. We will only process your order once we have received payment.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
For all personalised orders please allow 28 days for delivery. For all other orders, your parcel should arrive within 7 days, via Royal Mail, depending on the size.

PERSONALISED ORDERS
Please note personalised orders once placed cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. Only damaged items can be exchanged or returned.
