How to order

There are three ways to place an order with Bellpigeon.

1) By telephone - call 023 9263 1069 and we can take your order and payment over the phone (we like this way as it's nice for us to actually speak to our customers)
2) By email - drop us an email with your order and we'll contact you by phone or email to confirm the details and take payment.
3) By post - download an order form and send it to us with a cheque.

HOW DO I PAY?
By card - we only accept card payments over the phone
By cheque - send a cheque or postal order payable to Bellpigeon Ltd, with your cheque guarantee number on the back, or where this is not available, your home address and postcode, to Bellpigeon Ltd PO Box 514, Chichester. PO19 9AQ.
By bank transfer - contact us for our bank details.
We will only process your order once we have received payment.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
For all personalised orders please allow 28 days for delivery. For all other orders, your parcel should arrive within 7 days, via Royal Mail, depending on the size.

GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are available in any value from £20.00. To order call or email your request.

GIFT WRAP SERVICE
We now offer a gift wrap service. £4.95 for items up to £80.00 and £9.95 for items of £80.00 or more. Please add to your order and leave the rest to us.

PERSONALISED ORDERS
Please note personalised orders once placed cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. Only damaged items can be exchanged or returned.

All prices include VAT at 15%
